Wipeout model in 3D

This project was based on an excellent tutorial hosted by 3D-Palace.

This is a low-poly model, suitable for game engine.

The goal was to blend decent realism with the tough polygonal requirements of todays games.

As games cannot handle high polygon numbers in real time rendering, the detail was not created by modeling, but rather by textures applied to the model.

All textures are simple bitmaps created in Photoshop and applied to the model.
